Why does it seem farfetched? Goku reached it through Shunkan-Ido, a mortal technique. I see no reason why a witch can't know a similar technique or ability via magic or inherent nature.

I would prefer for him to be Upa's son, as another way to connect him to Goku, but I like him as a concept.

I enjoy the concepts, as well. My favorite is the idea of evil dragon balls. Having a monkey's paw situation in Dragon Ball to monitor the usage of dragon balls would be a fantastic storyline.

I liked the Trio de Dangers, though I think their powers outside of Bergamo weren't great. I would have really loved if they were all some sort of dog/wolf hybrids, as a play on U9 and canine.

One big change I would make is that Dabura would teach Piccolo the fusion technique on his deathbed, alluding to the idea that the gods have a fusion technique themselves, as well.

My dream team has been and always will be the Saiyan Arc Z Fighters. I would love to see another story with Piccolo, Gohan, Tenshinhan, Krillin, Yamcha, and Chiaotzu fighting as a team once more.
