It would just be Toei or Toriyama doing things for no reason. Unless a "Cell" exists in Universe 6 I see no point in him returning. Even then, Cell in U6 would still be terrible.

He is extremely influential but I personally prefer other artists like Hirohiko Araki. Though in terms of influence he is hands down No. 1.

Personally, I would be very mad. I use the subs to watch the series without the dub changes and if they do this, it takes away a reason to watch the subs over the dubs.

His design is what made me interested in him. Then his tactics and the fact that he just Murdered Shenlong after attaining his Youth was insane to me. And he went out in one of the most glorious ways possible.
