Does anyone know why Pan doesn't follow the "Go-" naming pattern (Gohan -> Goku -> Gohan/Goten -> Pan)? Or is it just no particular reason?

My brother "made" it. He's right above me.

Considering what happened to Goku when he got dropped on his head as a child, what if Raditz trashed him like he did, but then dropped him off a cliff so Goku hits his head again? Would Goku join Raditz? Or just become very violent?
