I agree. The only solution for Dragon Ball live action would be to make an original story set in the same universe of the series. No revivals of existing arcs.

I would prefer new stories, even "no canon", I do not care, but no retelling. I do not want DBSuper arcs strings adapted in a movie.
Give me animated Minus, give me animated Jaco, give me something else. But no retelling.

If ever Toyble will have more freedom in the history of the brand, we could probably see a link between Super and GT. However, I am very confident. Although they have never said anything, in the end it is always Toei to deal with Super anime. They could make a timeskip within Super that tell stories...
