If the Authors don't want to utilize the rest of the cast, then the plot device doesn't really matter.

The 46 minute video is just low quality cell phone footage from a guy who was in the theater that was showing the movie.

Broly was exiled from Planet Vegeta, he won't care that it was blown up. I don't see an emotional attachment to Planet Vegeta from anyone besides Vegeta.

Its been 30+ years since they've died. Goku would probably be older than his parents if they were revived. I don't think they want to introduce that dynamic to the audience.

Yeah they should have just kept it at Toppo.

Toppo is a play on the Japanese pronunciation of Pot. Its not something that needs to be "localized".

People misusing "Bad power scaling" with story directions or author decisions they personally don't like.

Power scaling is just comparing how strong one character is to another.

I think it is leaning toward Broly having a similar backstory that he did in the old DBZ movie.

There's a lot of similarities already to the first movie.

Also why would they compare the paths of Broly, Vegeta, and Goku in the preview synopsis if he wasn't a Saiyan from Planet Vegeta?

The new Broly isn't called the LSSJ, i'm not sure they are going to use that lore for the movie plot.

His green hair form is being called "Full Power Super Saiyan Broly"

Its a dick move but attacking the audience doesn't give the fighter inside the ring an advantage. It has no affect on the outcome of the tournament because they were already eliminated.

I think in story mode the game wants your CAC to be on par with Goku.
