Looks like Osamu ishikawa rather than karasawa, go back to episode 99 and you'll find a similar shot

Karasawa having almost 13 weeks to work on an episode wouldn't look that to the point where he needs to be corrected on every single shot, my guess is he's supervising the special episode for a long time but he was called on to help get this episode out since it was such a mess

NEP doesn't always look that great don't judge before you watch this tournament has been solid in animation and art since it has started

that's the problem with normal looking characters like roshi and newer ones, you can't find supervisors traits like eyes and ears and shapes because most of the animators draws them all the same
