The problem with the Omega Shenron fight was that the writers were already out of ideas and inspiration long before they got to it. The problem is that the writers seem to think Vegeta’s entire character revolves around this “rivalry” with Goku when that’s not really the case. Yes, for the longest time, it was a huge part of his character. But that was when his character was still being developed, and he wasn’t always like that....
