Not to stray too far off topic but what was the main visual differences between the Japan Dragon Box and Funimation Dragon Box?

Why couldn’t Funimation just take their Dragon Box work and slap it on the Blu-rays?

There's always the Dragon Boxes. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Well yeah but those are pretty expensive and don't have subtitles. Unless you use the fan made program I did to add subtitles (and the dub) to all 5 of them. But then you're forced to watch them on your PC or burn them to blank discs, which I don't persona...

Was it ever mentioned in the manga or explained in any kind of detail what would happen if you die again, after you are already dead? I just recently watched the episode where Kid Buu was about to blow up Grand Kaio's planet and Goku mentioned that if Kuririn and Yamucha die again they will be gone ...

Not sure if it was mentioned, but in the episode where Kid Buu attacks Grand Kio's planet we see one shot that shows the West Kaioshin with a halo over his head. Then later it is gone.
