Budokai Tenkaichi 4 - Essentially BT3 with additional characters, costumes, and stages covering the franchise as a whole. A graphics update wouldn't be required. I wouldn't imagine an overwhelming amount of work would be required for a game such as this. I have been waiting for something like that ...
