I'm not familiar with Neko Majin, but a lot of the cat characters look similar because I know Toriyama based them off of his own cat.

I would place Mecha Frieza's power at about the same as Frieza's 100% Max Power state on Namek, albeit without the limited energy time he had to use the form when on Namek. My theory is the mechanical parts give him that strength unlimitedly and he no longer has to worry about his energy running out.

Because Toriyama hadn't invented the "unlimited power" Androids yet. Originally he was only going to have 19 and 20 as the androids in the series, I believe his editor wanted him to make younger, more interesting characters.

I really hope so, this was the best treatment that Z has gotten on home video in America. I would love to see the original DB, GT, and the Movies get this same treatment in time, but FUNi seems to be more interested in reissuing Z for the umpteenth time than reissuing the other series.
