I guess we then should demand that every American dub actor that plays an Asian character should be fired as well. That's animation white washing and just as bad.

In the animé, we see Goku's pod. It needed sone repairs perhaps but I'm sure Raditz could perform those. His father was a brilliant scientist.

I forgot how plasticly they look. I like the drawing itself but the coloring turns me off.

They could easily do a large part of the Baby saga and SSJ4 will help them sell it.
