Well some people don't really have a problem with it. Besides, what you're talking about isn't necessarily filler, but more about the pacing of the battles.

I like Masako Nozawa as Goku. Getting adjusted to her voice after coming from the dub was kind of weird and It still feels a bit awkward to me.
