I'm pretty sure it's just me but how did Cell get his Perfect body back after spittting out 18 then blowing himself up? The Saiyajin Cells boosted his strength thing doesn't explain it because he would just have a super powerful Second Form he wouldn't just magically jump to his Perfect Form granted...
