Funimation has said that 1-64 will air, but 1-5 are being re-edited with the ending credits and title cards removed and stretched out into a two hour special. So yes, All 64 episodes will air in some fashion.

That's weird. It uses the "Z Kai" labeling, yet it's the 16:9 Widescreen crop that was used in the Fuji TV airing.
