Dragon Ball Super has me thinking that whomever was editor to Toriyama during the run of the original series deserves a lot more credit than they receive, but beyond that I think we're simply seeing a case of a guy "losing his fastball" with age.

I think it's going to do well given it's obviously made on a budget. Cannot believe they aren't doing crossplay with this. Player count is so important for this type of game and that's a dealbreaker for me.

I've seen a few different coloring attempts of the transformation now and I like all of them. Maybe we will see this thing on a volume cover at some point to give us a definitive answer.

Master Roshi is the one who taught him how to train, work hard, and never stop improving. Not to mention pretty much all his martial arts techniques. Watching/reading the series through the first time I was not often impressed with the idea of Goku as an underdog. Certainly some instances of it though, but not all that frequently.

I actually like this arc a lot, but it's still probably my second least favorite part of original Dragon Ball.

Well considering this isn't one of those type of shows that's a moot point, lets keep it to DB. Trauma isn't something the show touches upon so that's a non-factor..
