I almost bought season one and two on a whim today at Wal-Mart. I'm glad I had enough sense to check prices on-line before just acting. Seriously, I was excited to see it because I'm missing these episodes in my FUNimation DVDs. Now I just read in this thread that they are widescreen, naturally goog...

There are a few subbing groups that do HP! material. But I don't think Hello! Morning is their main concern. As it was, even putting a script out seemed to be too much trouble. This was actually the first time I've seen Masako Nozawa. It was really cool to see her doing the Goku voice in person. As ...

Masako Nozawa Appearance on Hello! Morning

Hello. I was thinking some you may want to see Masako Nozawa appearance on Hello! Morning. She's on about 15 minutes; airing 2007-03-18. This was honestly the first time I heard her in person. I'll have to admit it was a little strange hearing Gokuu coming out of an older woman. ^^ http://www.sendsp...

I might know this peking duck guy mentioned. I traded him a bunch of American dub stuff for all the Japanese movies on VHS. The olden days...

How is his English? He had to use a translator back then ... if it's the same guy. His name was Seiji Muto. :P

Where is the drool emoticon? Very nice!! This is all original art work for these discs, right? So beautiful. I'm wondering if it might be cheaper for a friend of mine to buy them in Japan and just send them to me. I guess it would just depend on where she bought the ... and what type of shippi...

Ripped laserdiscs don't look half as good as dvds. I'm a consistancy freak and just want an official r1 Saga of Goku release. I wasn't saying find dragonball on laserdisc, then convert it, I'm was just talking about fan projects. There's no point for someone to do what you say. They were released i...

I tried to sell as many as I could before they made it to the states. I still have episodes 1-29 of DragonBall and that's probably the bestfansub to have at the moment. (ep 1-13 probably won't be seen here on dvd....ever) On the homepage, under "28 February 2006" it gives some news about ...

I forgot about my dubbed DBZ tapes from Mexico. I use to record them off of Telemundo. I gave those to my cousin ... might have to ask for those back because I actually enjoyed watching this dubbed version. I don't think they cut too much out, if anything, and they kept the music in tact! 8)

I meet new Japanese friends all the time through Japanese Maple Story (free on-line rpg). One thought Dragonball AF was real, thinking it was just a American spin-off of Dragonball, comic/show. He thought it was strange seeing pictures of Kullilin as a SSJ ... and couldn't figure out why he would be...

I sent all my dub tapes to a fan of Dragonball in Japan because he wanted to see the American show. In return, he sent me a bunch of Dragoball crap, from all the movies, cards, books etc. etc. After I sent him 4 tapes of the dub ... I never heard from him again. I feel blessed having a DSL lin...

VegettoEX has a great idea! Listening to the Japanese audio track through his iPod. Brilliant!

Just don't damage your earsdrum trying to get the iPod to overide the theatres speaker volumes. :D

Have fun!!

Yeah, their Dragonball discs are a great price! I have all of DBZ except "World Tournament," none of the Buu saga, like two of the Ultimate Extreme whatever edtions. Those are more than I want to spend right now. I'll get the rest of Dragonball, at some point. Although, I'm kind of not hap...

Did you watch the clips of her? I guess my definition of a very thin person is different than yours. She is cute. :)

I think the other person thought I was saying only fat people like to eat. When in fact, she's VERY thin, she might look a little fat in that photo ... but it's because she has sooo much food in her mouth! Like I said, look at her cheeks! Remind you of someone?

People and their political correctness. Sheesh ... it's all in good fun. We all better stop watching Dragonball because Goku likes to eat ... and he's making fun of people who like to eat? Eh ... it was just a comparison. Or I don't think you know the show Hello!Morning where they're pulling all sor...

It lacks detail because it's not that good of a scan.

I thought it was in stereo. I have it recorded straight from the VHS masters, no subs or anything ... sounds stereo to me.

I Think I've Found Goku's Sister!!

Image

I found it going through a JPoP forum. It reminded me of Goku as a child ... and his fondness of eating. Look at her cheeks!!!

It's Nozomi Tsuji from Morning Musume.

Sorry, I had to post it!
