Re: Raging Blast 2 is Alive!
So 'Mario' isn't what I had in mind when I was referring to the treatment this franchise will get. Mario isn't praised for how well the grass texture looks in its games  Seems you need to stop getting so pissed over such a trivial issue. Super Mario Galaxy 2 has been receiving 10's from many ...

Re: Raging Blast 2 is Alive!
I'm not having a go at Dimps, a great game doesn't have to have deep game mechanics. Simple RPG's are great games, like Pokemon. What I'm saying is Dimps or any other developer with the Dragonball Z franchise aren't going to make any technical acheivments with the games as they intend them to be for...

Re: Raging Blast 2 is Alive!
Also make it so that debris doesn't disappear into thin air before it's even hit the ground. Although all these demands would probably require longer development time and a higher budget, which if you think about it won't happen. The Dragonball Z games are aimed at a young audience primarily and dev...

Re: Raging Blast 2 is Alive!
I guess the developers don't create a skeletal structure for the characters so they articulate the points from the models themselves. I imagine this saves a lot of time.
Btw that is a cool snapshot there from Burst Limit

I see what you're saying but I give his movements a lot of lenience because his gi are quite baggy.SparkyPantsMcGee wrote: Legs don't bend like that, he's not an action figure.

Re: Raging Blast 2 is Alive!
It does, but you have to be vary flexible I assume. Between those 2 comparison shots I see not much difference in improvement, just style. It would be nice to see some more, perhaps of similar poses if there are any. http://image.com.com/gamespot/images/2009/200/960298_20090720_screen005.jpg http://...

I'm not having a go at you but I'm just saying if I want to see that art, I'll just look at the original authors work and not some lesser attempt at a carbon copy. I have done it in the past to refine my skills (which I'm sure is what you're doing) but I try to do something as fresh with it as possi...

. . . unless in Dragon world energy = mass . . . Well, of course, energy and mass can be considered more or less the same thing even in our world, what with Einstein's famous equation. Re: Taking a suspicious amount of time for Burst Limit 2, huh?
Raging blast has the best looking character models of all Dragonball video games. I thought Burst Limits looked a bit weird. I love the 'Tenkaichi/Sparking!' style way of playing. If only when you crashed through boulders and buildings, they didn't dissapear before they even touched the ground.
