I have a feeling in my gut that is indeed an official release. The effort put into it is about the same amount Speedy put into their VCDs. Plus their name and address is on the box.

Yes they did.

That's the American Dragon Box, which actually uses a slightly different master print than the Japanese one, which in turn uses the original 16mm film masters. So that's really just the 2010 picture, not the 2003 one.

AAC audio is incompatible with DVD and Blu-ray. I wish these had been exported to AC3 at least.

All of the NEP's are available for the Saban dub. Most of them are available on the Rock the Dragon collection, though the one for "Escape from Piccolo" can only be found on the corresponding R4 single (I imagine the R4 singles also have the Saban NEPs). Personally I like this version of the Gohan SSJ2 scream the best.

There are a few episodes like that and it would be pretty cool to have decent versions of those alternate mixes.
