Battle Powers were simply just another part of the series that had shown up at exactly the right moment for exactly the right purpose. Quite frankly, they're but a drop in the bucket to me now when it comes to the grand scheme of things in Dragonball. Think about it this way: zanzoken was, at some p...

Funny Dragonball: Evolution Description

Not sure if they're all over the US, but around where I live we have DVD rental kiosks called Redbox. Usually every Saturday at the store I work for, the Redbox rep comes in and updates for DVD Tuesday. And since Dragonball: Evolution is being released this Tuesday, that too was added to the menu sy...

Boy, this sounds about right when it comes to me. My anime fandom dropped off about two years ago. This was after close to 13 years of being a fan. It started with edited, dubbed TV shows, progressed to uncut, dubbed movies (particularly Ghost in the Shell and Roujin Z), then went to uncut, subtitle...

I FUCKING knew it.

And here, after I sold out and bought the damn Orange Bricks thinking this was it. And it looks like my theory was correct.

*sigh*

Here, Funimation. Just...just take my damn wallet AGAIN.

Milton's Shopping Cart of Stuff!

Sorry, I'm just running out of ideas for titles... So, yet again, I've got a few items up for sale. Prices do not include shipping, so if interested, please PM me so I can shoot you an estimate. Live outside the US? Not a problem, I'll ship elsewhere! http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v414/Prattski/...

I can say that from volume 2 on up I've had the same issue. I believe starting with season 4 there was a horrible dip in audio quality for the opening only. It's highly annoying.

Got to watch it last night via YouTube. Some thoughts: - felt a tad bit rushed, but honestly, I've been so used to the pacing of the original series that that could have something to do with it. - Hiromi Tsuru really phoned it in. Everyone else sounded great, but she was just NOT into voicing her ch...

For me, it has got to be #20/Dr. Gero absorbing that motorist's ki, then snapping his head off by clenching the guy's shriveled up neck with his fist.

It's so weird that the closest Best Buy to me is in on this. I mean, they just opened a few months ago... So far, I've picked up the second One Piece box set. Hopefully I'll be able to stock up on the DBZ season sets before they're gone. Also hoping to find the third OP box set, too, but I might hav...

Actually, 5 of the discs are missing. And the sides are the only thing trimmed. Oh, I somehow missed counting the Lost Episodes disc. I know you somehow thinned it out. Where'd you cut? Just thinned it out more or less evenly on either side until it fit? :P Yeah, pretty much. I tired to make it loo...

Sorta interested in the GT singles. "Thinkpacked"? Do you mean you stuck them in the thinner DVD cases? Yeah, it was my last-ditch effort to save space. I had to trim the sides of the cover inserts to get them to fit. Alright. So you trimmed the back, the front, or what? And missing 4 of ...

First VHS ever was Arrival. It even had the offer (which I gladly took up) for the free Goku figure that took forever to arrive. Dead Zone was among the first three DVDs I received for Christmas 2000 with my first DVD player; it was the cardboard sleeve with jewel case edition, for the record. First...

Back in '98 when I was still new to the series, I kept reading about a character called Mr. Satan yet never actually saw a picture of him. So, later that year I picked up Legends for the Saturn and played all the way to the Buu arc when I see a character who I assumed to be Mr. Satan. In actuality, ...

As someone who is a great admirer of radio (and as of late, podcasting), I have to say that you guys have a great understanding of what is entertaining and what isn't, and thus could be trimmed. I can tell this simply by the fact that your show has lasted this long; it's a monumental achievement to ...
