There's no denying that the all the Funi titles for the DBZ movies are far better than those god awful Japanese titles. Better? The Japanese titles are far more descriptive about the films themselves and thus far allow for the viewer to know what it'll be about. Oooooh they're descriptive all right...

Closest they ever got to Dragon Ball was probably releasing Harmony Gold titles.

They're not really celebrities but the Mega64 guys are into DBZ, I know Rocco watches it in Japanese too. They make some funny stuff too, here, here and definitely watch this.

Garrett's Piccolo impression in that last video kills me.

I see no reason why Funimation can't go ahead with a "Dragonball" Kai. They can just give it the Level treatment, though something tells me they would just slap it with the Season set makeover. Since DB plays second fiddle to DBZ now in Japan, I feel like we'll get a shorter version of DB in the fu...

Dragon Ball is just one of those shows that works best in Japanese, even if the dub is a "little faithful" you're still missing out on the humour.

If Kiyohiko Azuma wrote it, it'd be a slice of life tale of Bulma finding Son Goku, a little girl, in the woods, raising her with her family and going to school.
