There is no home release of the Blue Water dubs. I guess these are Spanish VHS' (or Italian, Portugese?)

The German dub might also have a certain degree of accuracy not present on on other European dubs, since it lifted a lot of dialogue from their manga translation as opposed to just using the French dub's script. I'd "vote" for the Italian Dub. Pretty accurate script and voices. Atlhough it has some name changes.
