Since it's from a game unrelated to the movie, as well as power obtained through Tōwa's messing with time, I'd say definitely not.

I really love Son Gohan's new design, but I can't help but see Ittetsu Takeda from the Haikyū!! series whenever I look at him. I blame my brother for talking about it all the time.
