Yes Announcerguy is a girl, many of her artwork is of herself. If you check her gallery you will find a self portrait.

It would appear so, but you can choose which Ultimate you want to use as all characters have 2-3 Ultimates each. This could imply there are Drama pieces AND Capsules.

Altough movies 1, 2, and 3 may have been inconsistent I think they were the most true to the series with the events that happened. I'm biased though because the first 3 are my favorites.
