It's all "official," since they're all official products. But they're different continuities. What happens in a video game applies only to that game.

Good point there. Yeah, I'm not a fan of making assumptions based on absolutely no evidence. I'd be ok with assuming Bra could transform into a Super Saiyan eventually, or something, but there aren't nearly enough examples of Freeza's race in the manga to determine whether Cold could transform or not.
