It's just that you don't hear the English dub fans constantly trashing the Japanese version because they prefer one over the other.. it only tends to be the Japanese fans who complain.

A standard lossy 2.0 track doesn't take up a lot of space. What they should have done is left off the English+Japanese Music track.
