If that's the sole criteria you're using, you'd logically have to pretend that the manga didn't happen either. Taking Red Ribbon Arc plot hole, what else we got in the manga? Most gags from the early parts of the manga are pretty illogical, and there's a plothole with Trunks' time travelling I think.

With that can we just pretend that this movie never happened and it is just a filler? I don't consider most of TOEI movies because of continuity errors and GT because of its plot holes, maybe we could do the same with this movie Do you wanna discount a lot of the series proper, in that case? Anyway...

Ok guys at first I would've agreed with you, but now that I think about it, its just ONE movie. Not an entire series. If we start being ungrateful, this could be our last dbz film, or anything of that sort. This just proves that Toriyama would write GT exactly as how it was shown back 20 years ago....
