Cantonese with english subtitled automatically equals bootleg, just to let you know. True when concerning Dragon Ball DVD's. But it does not hold for all Hong Kong (Cantonese) (anime) releases. Um, I have no idea what youre talking about. Why on earth would Chinese releases come with English subs?
