According to the "Kikuchi and Ginyu Tokusentai?" thread, only the Saiyan Blood song was omitted from that portion. The only other one removed from Kai, as far as I know, is News of the Cell Games.

That's a dub error. There were five Kaioshins / Supreme Kais previously. The position of Grand Kaio / Kai is something different.
