Nice violin rendition of Hitori ja Nai included in there. That song has a nice upbeat sound to it.

Re: Members: How old are you?
I decided to do a bar graph of the ages people have mentioned in this thread up to this point. Any time someone mentioned their age, I included it in the data. So far, the most common age among Kanzenshuu members, according to this thread, is 17. The rest of the Top 5 consist of members between the ...

DBGT Japanese live stage play (Jan. 3, 1997)
Saw this video on YouTube and figured it would be interesting to share here. Apologies if this was shared here before: ドラゴンボールGTショー DRAGON BALL GT I know there's been a few other stage plays for the Dragon Ball series (in fact, I see a Kai stage play in the recommended videos); it seems Japan loves ...

Re: Super Dragon Ball Z - 10th Anniversary
I've never been a huge fan of the game, but from an objective point of view, I can appreciate a lot of what the game offers. The large choice of costumes have always been one of my favorite aspects and I can also appreciate the gameplay and customization options for the movesets of every character. ...

I don't know if other members would consider me a lurker nowadays, but I know about two or three years ago, I was definitely a lurker. However, I wouldn't consider myself active like I was shortly after I joined. I think I've fallen into the "semi-active" category lately. However, I do che...

Re: Episode #0400 (27 March 2016)
Man, hard to believe you guys have been doing this for 400 episodes! During the original run of Dragon Ball, you'd be well into GT by now! :P If you go by years, then yeah, they would be in GT territory, but by number of episodes no, they are at Z ep 247, Goku teaching the fusion dance lol. Aw crap...

Idainaru Son Goku Densetsu (Let's Play by Frankomatic)
I wasn't sure if this was supposed to go in the Video Games sub-forum or the Fan Created Works sub-forum, but I figured since it's about a video game, it should probably go here. So, long-time Let's Player and my good Twitter friend, Frankomatic, is currently doing a Let's Play of Idainaru Son Goku ...

Re: A couple of rare commercials
Neat! It's always interesting to see the show as it originally aired, and by that, I mean which commercials aired during the original airing. Like Successoroffate said, I wasn't expecting some of those companies to be the sponsor for GT.
The one for the first DBZ film was interesting as well.

Re: Opinions on Pieces of Music - V4!
Very relaxing. The sound of the bell could've been done a little better in my opinion, but otherwise, the rest of the instrumentals are pretty solid. The strings at 1:36 are a nice touch as well.

Very epic song. That choir that kicks in at 2:10 is majestic. It almost seems out of place to have in Dragon Ball, but it still fits somehow. Regardless, it's a pretty awesome song.Lord Beerus wrote:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NMYh3u_OTdo

Re: Are you satisfied with all the releases we have gotten?
Only thing I would've preferred is Funimation releasing the DB and GT Dragon Boxes in America. Otherwise, it's nice to be able to watch 99% of the franchise for reasonable prices as Sintzu said. Plus, you have a choice of how to watch certain parts of the series with the different releases they did ...

It's an okay track. I like the piano part, but the rest of the song drones on a little too much for my liking. Just my opinion.

Re: People you realized never came back.
I just realized tonight that you don't see Kaioshin and the Elder Kai anymore in Super. They appeared in the first few episodes and then just kind of disappeared. I wonder if Whis and Beerus are meant to be their replacements for the "overseeing gods" character roles in the story.

Will Goku or Vegeta use the original SSJ forms again in DBS?
This topic brought up the question of whether we will see Super Saiyan God again since the introduction of Super Saiyan Blue. That got me to thinking though...will the original Super Saiyan transformations, Super Saiyan 1 through 3, ever be used again in Dragon Ball Super? It's clear that Goku stoo...

Re: What was the first piece of content you saw of GT?
Pretty sure I first saw it whenever Toonami in America first started airing GT because I kept up with Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z every week, so I saw the advertisements for it leading up to its debut in that TV block. That means I probably watched Episode 16 first, which Wikipedia says was on Nov...

Re: All Time Favorite Piece of Dragon Ball Music
Oh man, that's a tough decision. If I have to go with one though, I'll choose Hikari no Tabi. I almost always get goosebumps when listening to it. Kageyama and KUKO nail their performances in that song. There's lots of emotion in the song, but it's also a song that gives off hope. Bardock may have l...
