Shouldn't we consider Oob the strongest human? I mean, he struck really powerfully against Gokū (With God power of we connect the ending to BoG and FnF / Super.) So I guess he is the most obvious answer.
KURIRIN no. 2 for me though I think that's just the Kuririn fan in me talking.
