Re: Was GT aimed for a more female audience?
When I was young and knew next to nothing about GT, I thought the theme song was somehow about Goku and Bulma's relationship. Or maybe Goku and Shenron's... I know that makes no sense... but the fact the song had nothing to do with the story really disturbed me.

Re: Fanmanga - DB Multiverse
In the French version it says "Don't kill this leader". So, probably some random leader from some random planet.Insertclevername wrote:I wonder who this Governor is? Maybe he might be a character later on.

Re: Fanmanga - DB Multiverse
We're talking about a King Cold from another universe, one where his family and him are the strongest people in the universe. There's is no contradiction with the manga.

Agreed. Both like fighting, eating, and doing stuff like patting people's genitals, but this one is more extreme and has no sense of good.jjgp1112 wrote:What I like most is how this is what Goku would be like with basically the same [non-existent] upbringing but without getting his brains scrambled.

Re: Fanmanga - DB Multiverse
I don't think he looks *that* crazy. IMO he is still kinda reminiscent of our Son Goku, except he's way less naive and innocent than him.

Re: Fanmanga - DB Multiverse
Wow wasn't that an underwhelming death. To be honest, I find these specials to do more harm than good, its better to let the reader just imagine these grim futures rather than see it, since half of them are just lame excuses made entirely for filler. Sometimes, some things are better left unsaid. Y...

Re: Fanmanga - DB Multiverse
Note that in the DB universe there are both non-sapient dogs and sapient dogs... maybe this Kakarotto just doesn't understand all these subtleties

If humans are limited in power, how can Uub exist?
It's suggested that Uub might become as strong as Kid Buu, but that would be an insane power level for a human. Is there an explanation?

Re: Fanmanga - DB Multiverse
The first panel is very confusing at first glance. Also the art is very inconsistent.
Anyway Kakarotto is not a human but he isn't supposed to know it at this point.

Re: Fanmanga - DB Multiverse
Is it just me, or does Yamcha look too cartoony and comical in that latest page? His buddy just died, yet he looks like Mr. Satan hiding behind a rock. I don't have a problem with Yamcha running away from a fight he just can't win (that's smart, not cowardly), but the art should convey how dire the...

Fortuneteller Baba centuries older than her brother Roshi?
So apparently Baba began her fortunetelling business around Age 250. Yet her brother Roshi was born in Age 430, which is 180 years later. How is that possible?
