I've usually watched the show by myself, but when friends are involved it's pretty cool. I remember getting an old friend of mine to actually try the show back around '98...we marathoned through all the Pioneer tapes I had, then played Legends for a while longer. He never became as big a fan as I am...

I have more captures here, but these are to compare episode 1 from both the Region 1 Funimation Saiyan Showdown video and the Region 2 DBZ #1. They are side-by-side. The one on the left is the Region 1 Funimation release and the one of the right is the Region 2 Japanese release. <snip long list of ...

Nah, never had a problem, and always had the box in my hands within 2-3 days. Good stuff it is. Doesn't it autoupgrade you to express on this order anyway, or is this one not expensive enough? Nah, oddly enough they gave me the choice of either standard or express shipping. Just figured I'd ask, be...

EDIT: [/color] 39,000 + 2000 express shipping Total = $355.70 US / $420.49 CN Ah, the express shipping. Tell me, have you or anyone else here had a problem with it? I just want to know, because I went and selected the cheap-man's route. If it's worth paying extra, though, I may change my shipping s...

Re: Dragon Ball GT FUNimation DVD Questions
I dunno if I'm going crazy, but the Japanese ending themes sound a lot like they were upgraded to stereo. It seems that way since the volume is a lot louder than the actual episodes and Dan Dan and it comes out a lot clearer. I was wondering if anyone else noticed this and if it is indeed upgraded ...

I remember back in the day reading online about a character named Mr. Satan. There wasn't a picture to go along with it, so I was left to my imagination...and my copy of Legends for the Saturn. After playing through the game a few more times, I saw one character that would kinda fit the name. And th...

Can someone please explain to me how On Demand works? Basically, you subscribe to an On Demand service through your cable company. Every month or so, you get new programming to watch. However, most of the movie channels give you On Demand service for free if you subscribe. Say you subscribe to HBO....

Did you see the senzu bean candy? http://www1.dragonballz.com/index2.cfm?page=news  Dude, forget the Senzu Beans, I want some of the Spirit Bombs...or a Super Saiyan Bar! When will FUNimation learn. You make money with eyedrops [/i]! :) As far as the poll, it would've been nice if they told ...
