Does the TP shop inventory change during the weekend?. I saw Super Trunks' outfit in the there Friday and grinded the 600 to buy it all at once. But today it's not up for sale.

Did you complete Namek's side quest? Guru door will not open unless your character did it. Only way to fix it is to grind a character that has completed it to max and have them visit guru.
