Namco Bandai has posted about the beta on their American FB page here. They've listed the Japanese times, strangely, so I assume we're all getting it at the same time.

For those of you who have the game and don't speak Japanese, how is it? IS the menu/guide understandable enough to get the mechanics of the game. Is worth it? If there is no western release, I'll probably wait until the end of the year to get it. Basically what I"m asking is how playable is it...
