Not necessarily. Tate did a lot of animation on 63 but this was an important episode that turned out great imo. Not a lot of hand to hand fighting but god damn the effects looked good. The return of beam ki blasts, and ss impact effects made me so happy too. Thats true, and you can very clearly see...
