I thought it was rather clear that this is the case. The evidence that they made a longer version for international audiences and then cut it down for Japanese consumption is piling up rather quickly.

No one in the One Piece community ever counts Viz's DVD releases of the 4Kids dub, so I don't see why we should count the Pioneer releases of DBZ.

Keyhole TV is notorious for having HORRIFIC quality and being incredibly out-of-sync. I mean, I've seen so many topics on the Arlong Park forums of people traumatized by how bad it is... I miss the days of when TVUPlayer had TV Nihon, or even when there were Windows Media Player URLs for these thing...
