Re: How to Fix SSj4
The one thing I didn't like about SS4(at all) is how transforming into the form somehow gave Goku/Vegeta fancy new clothing. Aside from that randomness, I actually liked the overall design.

Re: "Dragon Ball Super (Manga)" Official Discussion Thread
So is the consensus that the full breadth of DaiKaioshin's god ki "regenerated" after the Moro incident(namely when Boo absorbed him), or..? It was originally stated that DaiKaionshin used up "most of" his godly ki to contain Moro(which implies that he gave up >50% of his power a...

It's funny, because this is the first thing I thought of when I saw Goku randomly pull that technique out of his ass:ChronoTwigger wrote: ↑Fri Nov 20, 2020 5:23 pm Quoting another media, obviously.

I was also curious what Beerus would be in "trouble" for, if he stepped in against Moro? Isn't that, like, the exact kind of thing he *should* be doing?

Anyone have an explanation as to what Goku's avatar construct was, exactly?
That's one thing I really didn't understand.

Re: 28 planets?
I don't take it literally, tbh. I just chalk it up to Shin being a garbage-tier Kaioshin, who is ignorant of his own universe. Even as of the Broly film and the Moro arc, Freeza is still out there conquering and selling inhabited planets, and no one is doing a thing about it. You'd certainly think t...

Re: "Dragon Ball Super (Manga)" Official Discussion Thread
Before Elder Kai gave up his life to Goku, he told them that he only had 1.000 years left in him. There's a fan theory that Goku then can live for these 1.000 years, which also is why Goku is seen unchanged and in his prime in the 100 years epilogue in DBGT. What do you guys think of that? I like t...

Re: What Kind Of Training/Adventures Should Goku & Oob Go Through??
Given the revelation that Pure Boo possessed God ki(which means Oob almost certainly does as well), I imagine his potential will be next-level asinine. Won't at all be surprised if his power-creep surpasses the likes of Freeza and Broly, tbh... Especially if you factor in the EoZ chapters. At this p...

Re: "Dragon Ball Super (Manga)" Official Discussion Thread
What I meant about Elder kai is it shows you can bring other kaioshin associated people to the TOP so it kinda proves there was no other supreme kais in the other unis. Yeah he's not an active Kaio but they didn't bring any other spectators either so I feel like it's more his somewhat Kaio status t...

Re: "Dragon Ball Super (Manga)" Official Discussion Thread
That's a decent theory too, but none of the other universes in the TOP despite at least U9 being lower seem to have more then one Kaioshin, unless again on top of your theory, they are only sending their Dai-Kaioshin to represent them. But then elder kai is there too so.... I think the five Kaioshi...

Re: "Dragon Ball Super (Manga)" Official Discussion Thread
Unless I'm mistaken, I'm pretty sure Grand Kai IS canon in the original manga. They don't show him in-person like in the anime Boo saga, but he's mentioned. Yeah, DaiKaio was mentioned(albeit very briefly) in the manga: https://ibb.co/3SRnJTg So he is indeed "canon"... Though the likeliho...

Re: "Dragon Ball Super (Manga)" Official Discussion Thread
My personal theory is that because Boo had been rampaging in U7 since time immemorial, the higher powers felt it was necessary to inject more Kaioshin into that universe in an effort to help offset the destruction Boo had been causing for untold eons. Five Kaioshin out there creating/seeding worlds(...

Re: Angel law and Whis' actions
Merus' goal is protecting the universe, not training Goku. That's what he's dying for. Wouldn't it make more sense to spend his final moment killing Moro himself if he were certain he could do it? On the other hand, spending his final moments removing Moro's copy ability might be the most useful ro...

Re: Angel law and Whis' actions
Who’s to say they can do that with opponents at God of Destruction levels? Obviously the angels are much stronger, but there’s room in between “much stronger” and “can blast away all at once, guaranteed.” Merus used his last moments to remove Moro’s copy ability and help Goku complete Ultra Instinc...

Re: Angle law
The real question here is why Beerus doesn't just tell Whis to finish off Moro. He wouldn't be erased. It's the duty of the Angel to do as their Destroyer God commands. For example, when Vados destroys a planet of mortals, she is not erased. Why? Because Champa told her to destroy it. Same thing he...

Re: Angle law
And also because Beerus gave Whis the okay to do it. Same thing with Whis resurrecting Freeza at the end of the ToP: that was the epitome of "interfering in mortal affairs", but evidently it was permissible because Beerus gave him the go-ahead. Seems like Angels can bypass the "code/l...

Re: What is the likelihood of them introducing a Super Saiyan version of Ultra Instinct in the future?
Should it happen? Absolutely not. MUI is supposed to represent *the* ultimate form. There really shouldn't be something greater than what the Angels themselves use, and what even Destroyers aspire to achieve. Granted, you can absolutely increase your power/skill within that form(as evident by the di...

Re: "Dragon Ball Super (Manga)" Official Discussion Thread
There's also the fact that Moro is upwards of 10 million years old. He's still just as evil now as he was back when he fought DaiKaioshin and South Kaioshin. I get that Goku, being a hero, prefers 'reforming' villains as opposed to killing them(albeit for his own, borderline selfish, motives of beco...

Re: "Dragon Ball Super (Manga)" Official Discussion Thread
Actually I'm not sure why this is supposed to be such a tense or dramatic moment. The solution is so simple: 1) Fly to space; 2) Destroy the Earth with one ki blast; 3) Gather the Namekian Dragon Balls and wish everyone back except Moro. It really isn't hard to find a way out of this mess... Even i...

Re: "Dragon Ball Super (Manga)" Official Discussion Thread
Massive spoilers: With Merus data still stored, Moro places it upon his head to obtain power beyond the Gods. However, his body cannot contain such power and deforms. Using his ever deforming body, Moro unleashes an onslaught of attacks desperately trying to end Goku. But alas, all ends as the Earth...
