Looks like this fan manga is set 3 years after GT (not counting the "100 years later" portion), with Pan now 12. Freeza's son "Ize" (from 'ice') has been training or something for 50 years and is apparently now finished. He comes to Earth and gets in a fight with Vegeta/Gohan/Gotens/Oob. Piccolo contacts Gohan from Hell, where Freeza has told him all about Ize. According to Piccolo, Ize is a whopping 10 times more powerful than Freeza. That's about all I can make out from those pages.

That explains why he can hold his own against Gotenks SSJ3, Vegeta SSJ4 and Gohan SSj4. Dear god he is so strong!
Seriously, I don't mean to be repeating myself, but the art is really not that good, everyone looks the same to me, the villain looks ridiculous, and well, now that we know the plot, it doesn't make sense.
