I’ll be 30 in March. Also around the 20th anniversary of my fandom. Life is peculiar.

I am 32. Which is weird cause my love of Dragon Ball is now old enough to drink.
In baking, you can never have simple, healthy, and tasty. You can have tasty and healthy, you can have simple and tasty, and sometimes you can even have simple and healthy. But all three? That’s a unicorn.

Right. When I got my tattoo a few years ago, it sparked a conversation with my great aunt and I and she said something along the lines of "I couldn't imagine being passionate about anything after 21 years," and it was at that point my decision was finalized to get at least one DBZ tattoo.

I'm 30 myself. Now I'm going to reminisce about going to Suncoast and Blockbuster as a kid looking for anything, as they called it, "Japanimation". I know I'm not even near the oldest but dang I feel old now.
I'll come up with something clever. Just not now.

23 in under 3 months. Been watching the anime and playing the video games since 2001 or 2002. I'm quite younger than most people here (and now even a lot older than some) but still can relate to the experience of being into Dragon Ball at the height of the western popularity.

The Dragonboxes are like a middle aged woman who still looks good through simply taking good care of her skin and body with maybe a tiny bit of makeup while the Orange Bricks are like a middle aged woman who get's 50 tons of botox, makeup and plastic surgery in order to look younger and as a result looks even worse. ~ ringworm128

I'm turning 31 next Friday. I can't believe I've been a Dragon Ball fan for 23 years...that's before some of my friends were born!

Neeju-Go (25)
I genuinely believe Dragon Ball is at the top where it is now because it has accurately and appropriately represented martial arts like no other anime & manga out there. Getting stronger through hardship & getting rewarded for hard work. And the show is funny & easily "digestible" people may say the plot is too cookie cutter sometimes & while I would very much like more grey elements and more mature story lines. The story's simplistic nature lends itself to be very easy to pick up.

It's surreal to think that people born in 2008 are now old enough to join the forums. They were still in diapers when we were talking about DB on this forum.

Turned 26 just 4 days ago.
Dragon Ball was always a kid series and fans should stop being in denial.
