Rose was explained as a true god going super saiyan, or rather a god using it

Rosé is Not-Saiyan God Ki going Super Saiyan.
Because Goku is a Saiyan, that's unlikely. And someday I'll write down my theory Anime Black was a Saiyan Beyond God.

Zamasu's comments indicate its cause he is originally a god,
also, notes on the form from the ROF movie perfectly match Black's description ( "Saiyan who has the power of Super Saiyan God, then proceeds to transform into a Super Saiyan") , who has his unusual purple/black aura.
I guess this also means copy vegeta has the form too.

Huh, so Grand Priest Goku is a promo card. Does that mean he's not one of the secret cards?

No, he can still be a SEC.

I mean, with World Mission's Arcade mode, we technically already have some of SDBHeroes in the West

Well one of the Secs(I bet no one would’ve guessed this) is Son Gohan(adult) with a space time transfer CAA similar to the UR Vegeta from sh4 except Goku, Gohan And Goten do the family kamehameha from broly’s second coming

Supposedly the other SEC's are UI Omen Grand Goku with a Zeno summon and Revived Demon God Demigra with the Enhanced Demon transformation.

The only hurdle I could honestly see is locations for game machines. I live in the US, and aside from like Gamestop, arcades and game places are all but died out. My town has a bowling alley and that's really it.

The Son Gohan SEC seems a little out-of-place given the UM7 theme. How does this line-up compare to previous SECs?

In terms of the game brand, World Mission is exactly that.
In terms of arcades... still not optimistic. I posted a while back on this but arcades in Japan make up a respectable amount of the entertainment industry, whereas in the West (US, Canada, UK, France, Germany, etc) it's a niche. In the US it's definitely a niche, so it might not be so profitable.

Yeah, unless they're just porting the Arcade games to a console, it can't really do that well in the US unless we see a sudden resurgance in Arcade Games
