After this, I guess we can safely assume there's a bunch of GT fans among Heroes' staff.

Well Super 17 got 3 forms in DBH which means he has as many forms as there were episodes with him in series.
Baby got new forms with Trunks, Janemba and Hatchiyack
Most Shadow Dragons got new forms years earlier and now Xeno forms

However...
STILL NO SSJ FOR PAN

No SSJ Pan = No GT fans there

Just what are they waiting for, especially since Caulifla and Kale were introduced.

Pan is fighting and was lead character in series, she should have SSJ at this point.
There is no reason for her to not have it when even Bardock has SSJ4

Bra never actualy fought even when infected, she flew up to Goku, talked shit to him alongside Trunks, then helped power up Baby, then disapeared for the rest of Baby's arc.

Although in the Super 17 saga she did show interest in helping, but ultimately nothing came out of that too.

Not saying this is a reason she shouldn't be included, since this is Heroes and they have no standards on who to put, just making a small correction, and honestly, with a character like Bra they have a blank slate and can just go crazy with the stuff they could give her.

You are correct. I like the new kid cards, but why not one for kid Freeza? :C
