Well Fu as a baby was designed by Toriyama for DBO. I'm fairly certain his modern design was made by Toriyama as well.

I've already doodled some art for what I think he could look like. I was thinking of stressing the Sun Wukong mythology and took him more in a 'evil monk' variant since he's never worn armour and wears more chinese robes as a kid. I even through in Sun Wukong's halo that controls him as part of the mask design, complete with time breaker emblem on it.

Toriyama designed baby Fu for heroes and android 21 for fighterZ so I wouldn't be surprised if he designed Adult Fu for Xenoverse.

Kind of. For the manga at least. In the Heroes games, unlike Xenoverse or the manga, Demigra worked with Towa and Mira during his arc in the God Mission sets and with Mechickaboola's Dark Empire during this SDBH set.

I for one always thought he did. In my opinion, if Goten got the same opportunities that his brother did, he'd be faaaar above Gohan.

Let's nip the Goten discussion in the bud before it ventures too far off the topical path.

That said, I was admittedly so focused on wanting a look into Mechickaboola's history that I missed a bit of the modern plot that was right in front of us. Not hard to do when you don't understand the language, but still.

Seems like the Mechickaboola plot is still technically unresolved. Chronoa shouldn't be serving as the Time Kaioshin if she's still fending him off until Trunks fulfills his promise of help. Hopefully the Universe Mission's Prison Planet Arc continues off from this and starts with a little chaos; eventually tying everything back together. I don't have a lot of hope it'll be done well, if at all, because even the SDBH plot has been paper thin at best, but we'll see. If not in the game, then maybe the manga. Story is a little more natural and cohesive there.

I didn't include it in my previous post because it being from another manga would probably make it matter less (regarding actual information) than the SDBH manga, but here it is. I'll post Chapter 9 later today (or tomorrow) but I don't have Chapter 10 yet.
