It's not that most fans want Sparking! Meteor, it's that fans want something
good for a change. The last universally praised game from both critics and fans was BT3. It's the last game that seemed to have made most fans happy. Everything this gen has fallen short on expectations and most fans want something they can enjoy again. They(at least I) don't want Sparking! Meteor again, we already have that, they just want that feeling of excitement to come back again.
The only way that will ever happen at this point is if someone other then Spike(or even Dimps) jumps on board. For fans, this series needs a fresh set of eyes. Someone who loves Dragonball, but hasn't already put out 6+ titles. The evidence is in games like Ultimate Butoden or Attack of the Saiyans.
...Wait what are you doing? Are you still reading this? I finished what I had to say, why don't you move on to the next post?

Dear God, YES. Hell, to some extent, even Tenkaichi Daibouken on the Wii. That one showed that there's more of the series besides Z that just isn't used.

Shouldn't the title be changed? 'cos it's still not confirmed, maybe it's really just another game rumour.

Isn't it like 1am or something in Japan? If this IS true, they did a great job of not letting anything get out early. Anticipation is crazy right now for the first scans.

Yes, the magazine's already out (it's the 21st in Japan already, indeed). No, I haven't seen a shred of validated information about it anywhere.
The official V-Jump site was also just refreshed with this month's info, and there's nothing on the page about it.

What is this?!
http://vjumpbooks.com/
I can't read Japanese, and I'm having a hard time navigating the site. However on the front Page there is a picture of Gogeta and (what looks like) Kid Trunks and Goten. Does that have anything to do with gaming?

So I'm guessing either someone got confused, someone is laughing their butt off at the moment; or the pages aren't that spectacular.

Ever DragonBall Hereos Gogeta is on the cover [if I'm looking at the right one].

Probably game guides. Every game usually has them (It's starting to catch on over here with Street Fighter X Tekken and the new Resident Evil's guide magazines)
The Dragon Ball one is for Heroes.

First people are trying to say Dragon Ball Heroes is "Hoshi" and now "Sparking! Omega".

That's my guess.

No Dragon Ball: Sparking! OMEGA scans there. Also, according to

I mentioned that earlier:
And this is a piece of information without any source, which is complete bullshit. I did a bit research on this "Sparking! OMEGA" thing, and it seems that on 2chan, there's a crazy guy who's been talking about "Sparking! OMEGA" since the mid-2000s. Two famous (and most hated) Japanese video game blogs picked his post up, then people around the world got trolled.

But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.
Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. I don't understand Japanese, so is Omega a fake? or was the DB page at the end of the video for DB Heroes since there were cards with ? on them. But I did see another page towards the beginning with something DB related on it @ 1:11 and 1:16

Are we? The cover seems fake. Or maybe we WILL get a new Sparking! game, completely unrelated with OMEGA?

Yeah, about that....there's a high chance that the (at this point, most likely fake) Sparking! Omega thing was the rumored BT HD thing. Which, if it doesn't exist....uhm....yeah, not so much
