I look forward to this a lot, particularly playing as my favourites like Raditz, Vegeta and Beerus.

Raditz is awesome in this game, just dies super quick. Like Akuma from street fighter. Fight hard, die hard. You got 2 different Vegeta's to choose from (Base & SSJ) with different movesets, as well as two Vegeta Z-assists (that I know of, being SSJ4 Vegeta & SSGSS Vegeta. You can count the fusion assists if you want I guess. Gogeta, SSJ4 Gogeta, Vegeto).

Majin Vegeta as an assist too.

Putting aside the fact that Bandai Namco accidentally used a Naruto game image... North America is getting a demo for Extreme Butoden this week!

EDIT: Replaced the link with Bamco's corrected tweet!

Oh sweet. I'm still on the fence on if I want to pre-order this or just wait and nab it eventually (leaning towards the latter), so hopefully this demo will help me decide.

I wonder if our demo will be used to unlock stuff in the full game like the demo in Japan did.

I also hope it has unlimited uses, or at least a lot of them. It's got to last me until the full game in two months...

I'm pretty sure the demo will unlock stuff in the game. Why even bother to release it if that wasn't the case.

I do wonder how they will handle Jaco and Gine.

Well, we did get Jaco for Xenoverse in a different way than Japan did. Bamco US could always likewise figure something out for him and Gine in this game too.

Does anyone think this game should be played at tournaments? I think its a great idea.

This game could be a game worthy of fighting game tournaments, but its only for 3DS. If it gets a console port, yeah.

Demo not up on the e-shop, yet, I'm guessing?

I'm at work, so I won't be able to even begin the download process until around 6:00 PM.

Demo's up in EU/AU!

Just started playing so need to collect my thoughts on it a bit. Most interesting thing right now is it's Japanese voice track only - unsure whether that just for the demo, just for outside of NA, or what, but certainly surprising to hear "Osu! Ora Gokuu!" on the Home Menu.

Yay for the Japanese voice track. I'm one of the American fans that definitely turned the voice track on Xenoverse to Japanese, just because that's my preference. I believe for a game like this, they may not switch over to dubbed voices? Just makes me think of the new JStars game where all the voices are in Japanese. If they did switch over to dub voices, I'd hope there was an option to go to the Japanese voices, since that's what I would do anyway, LOL.

J-Stars was probably expensive as is due to licensing. Why pay for a dub as well?

Extreme Butoden has a different problem I imagine. They probably don't expect the time/money spent getting dub lines for every single character and assist is worth the amount of extra money they'd get vs just in Japanese.

True that. Just glad that I have the opportunity to play the game with the voice actors I enjoy most being heard. 5PM can't come soon enough.

Mike brought up some code for the demo on twitter. Does anyone know what he means?

I mean, you're pretty open about looking at cartoon porn. Why would you do that? It's fiction. The proportions of these women are not possible to reach in reality.

Only works with JP version of demo I guess and not with NA/EU demo.
