You may have been missing great saiyaman helmet which is given to you by a rare RNG Saiyaman in PQ51.

It's not listed on the info tab for that mission that's why it's super easy to miss...

Well I got the Platinum Trophy on Xenoverse 2 so I've finished with the game entirely.

It was better than Xenoverse overall, I'd say it was the best Dragon Ball Z they've ever made. That's not exactly saying a lot but yeah it's a lot better than the Tenkaichi games or anything that came out on PS360.

It's still got a lot of problems though. The story was too recycled as was most of the game. It was basically a really big update of the first one as opposed to a true sequel. There's still too much grinding and luck involved with the game which just makes it a chore.

It's not fun to do 100 PQ's when so many of them take 10-15 minutes a piece. It's not fun to keep doing the same levels over and over to try and get 7 Dragon Balls 4 times to get the characters.

It was pretty lame that when I played the game on a different character all the characters and PQ's I had unlocked previously where now unavailable again.

I hope they do a Xenoverse 3 and I hope they do more with it this time around. Particularly the Hub. The Hub was probably my favourite part of Xenoverse 2, it was vastly better than the first one.

Here's the XB1&PS1 covers. Notice the EXATC same hair, but He's Super Saiyan, which is correct?

Gonna assume you reported me last time due to this statement...

At any rate, I'm just expressing myself and leaving it at that. Not gonna go bat shit crazy this time. Not gonna change my opinion either.

So to get back on topic (because I was indeed just expressing myself is all)...

I was attempting to grind out Cabba's outfit last night and managed to get the hand parts and shoes, but the upper body part is proving to be a pain. It doesn't help that when I play the mission, I end up having to fight Janemba and Shenron as well, making the whole thing drag on for nearly the whole time limit. I hate missions like this as it is, but to have to grind them is just boring as hell.

I'll be buying the Switch version. Playing this game on the go and bringing out the Switch to play the game locally with friends already seems like a lot of fun. Hell, maybe this time I'll actually finish all the PQs and unlock every character.

This is a very good idea. cheddarsword, knock it off. Nothing wrong with favoring any one console over another for whatever reason, but this type of abrasive console-war mockery is just childish, pointless, and annoying.

You know it's some bullshit that they count the Supervillain form as a separate character. They didn't do that with the first game and the Villainous mode.

Okay, going back on-topic to the subject that actually matters...

... V-Jump leak in a few days. Fingers crossed for some new content being announced, although I really think XV2 won't appear this time at all. I've just finished Story Mode with another character, and everything I ask now are the consequences to the choices we made for Bardock and Trunks. That's the only major plot point missing (unless Dimps really adds Dabura, then another portion of the Story Mode will have to be created to justify his appearance). Other than that, another free DLC would be appreciated, I still want Bardock's headband and his Time Breaker armor, more accessories and an update to "fix" the tails.

You get access to all the DLC and Xenoverse 1's story missions

It will initially come with the XV1 story missions, but not the hub or anything like that.

The Nintendo Switch version in Japan will — for a limited time — come packaged with the original story mode (“Legend Patrol”) from 2014’s first Dragon Ball XENOVERSE game. The physical version will include this addition through its 31 December 2017 printing, while the download edition will include the bonus through 27 December 2017. It has been specifically noted that only the story missions will be available; the first game’s Toki Toki City is not included, and certain circumstances may appear slightly different.
