It could still stop after Cell.
Why, Cell? I want my Fusion, SSJ3 and Ultimate Gohan.

I'm with you but several games have before.

That screenshot looks beautiful. I think most of my time playing this game will be spent just flying around.

It might even stop after Frieza, and that shot is about the epilogue, where some androids appear and then the game ends, with a To be continued... message.

i really really doubt the games not going to at least cell, i could see them try and make a sequel with the boo saga and than like a lot of super stuff, but i don't think that's super likely.

Some people don't want to spoil the game for themselves... it's a thing. Don't see why that makes you laugh...

So Toriyama released a statement saying that theres little stories in this game that never made it to the manga? Does that mean that he wrote them and they were un used or did he write them in general and are they to be considered "canonical"?

yeah, gameplay spoilers are a pretty common thing, a lot of people wanna go into a game blind. i don't think anyone doesn't know that scene, they just don't wanna see how it plays out in the game.

This is a ridiculous. Everything's a freaking spoiler to you guys. Next the complaint will be they don't show enough.

Thank you for your input DonkeyJack. Carrying on the discussion nicely.

Anyway... looking at the gameplay I am definitely getting the CC2 Storm Vibes with the Boss fight. Hopefully there's more than dodging and blasting. Those quicktime interactive segments are were somewhat fun in the old Storm games where there was added reward for a timely input.

Right I'm hoping they get really in depth and personalize each giant battle or battle period for that matter.

Once again combat appears to leave a lot to be desired, the special attack camera is great tho.
Cinematics look nice.

Need to see more of the World and RPG elements.

Mate, if you don't want to get spoiled you simply don't go into a forum looking for a specific thread for a specific game.
It's nonsense.

Looks like Piccolo, Gohan and Vegeta are playable in this game.

Yeah regarding spoiler culture, since this game has the story that we've all played through a billion freaking times, we shouldn't worry about that, but if it's something new or original(i.e. FighterZ and Xenoverse), then then you should be cautious to post spoilers. Anyway, maybe if this game has the filler episodes from the original Z anime, maybe I might get it, but for right now I have low expectations cuz I thought Bandai was done with rehashing the story.

Regarding forums, yeah there's nothing you can do about spoilers, but for Youtube, there is. THERE NEEDS TO BE A FILTER! I don't want to see a thumbnail of a critical plot point whenever I go through my Youtube recommendations.

To end the "spoiler" discussion so we can move on, my motive including Spoilers in the link was for people, like me, who rather not see a large chunk of the game before it comes out. I did the same with previous titles like Xenoverse 1-2, older games like Battle of Z, or even dating back to Burst Limit.

I rather experience any if not all games with fresh eyes. You really don't think I or anyone else here is aware most Dragon Ball fans are familiar with the story? We all know or should know it by now.

That being said so all the keyboard warriors can take a nap... this gameplay still looks kinda barebones with random "Dragon Ball" like elements to it. I would love some real in depth RPG elements:

-Costumes with stats
-One time use items that affect a character's overall attributes. (ex: Strength item vs. Ki item, you can only pick one)
-Stronger versions of skills/moves obtainable at a certain level, or over time

etc. etc...
