If Fighterz granted you only one alternate costume per character...

We all know it's complicated for them to do it without wasting a considerable amount of time redoing every "sprite" of the character, which is why they don't and why they have the numerous colors to catch up for it.
Videl was a lucky circumstance since they could "cheat" appearances into making you believe she's a full new costume when they actually only change the hair and recolor the rest.

But imagine they suddenly have the urge to grant just one and only alternate costume for each character, just like for Videl. What should it be according to you?

Alternate skins can also be entirely different characters if you think it makes sense when keeping the same gameplay (people suggested SS4 Goku could potentially be a skin for SS Goku for example).

For me:

BARDACK: DBS Broly costume (aka DB Minus costume if you want).
BEERUS: Pyjama costume (I don't think we've ever seen other alternative costumes for him).
BROLY (DBZ): Blond hair and scarred chest from his return in DBZ Movie 10.
BROLY (DBS): Bare-chest wilderness costume from the DBS Broly movie itself (if he originally has his armor). Armor if he originally is bare-chest.
C-16: Before being repaired at Capsule Corp (can't think of anything else).
C-17: DBZ costume.
C-18: DBS costume (also changes C-17 to DBS costume).
C-21: Good C-21 and Fully Evil C-21 (both are already ready for use, so you can have both).
CELL: 1st form? (can't think of anything else)
COOLER: Golden? (would mimic Freeza and does exist in Heroes)
FREEZA: Cybernitized.
GINYU: Goku costume (as imagined by Gohan).
GOGETA: Regular Super Saiyan.
GOKU BLACK: Zamasu costume.
GOTENKS: Normal form? (can't think of anything else)
HIT: No coat (from the manga)
JIREN: Bare-chest like near the end of his fight.
KRILIN: DBS red Taco T-shirt and hair.
MAJIN BOO (GOOD): Dai Kaio Shin? (might seem farfetched).
MAJIN BOO (ORIGINS): Oob? (might seem farfetched, with Oob acting like a psychopath wild monster...).
NAPPA: Bare-chest (from when the fight progress).
PICCOLO: Caped.
SON GOHAN (CELL GAME): Goku costume from DBZ Movie 9.
SON GOHAN (GROWN UP): DBS green training sportswear.
SON GOKU (NORMAL): Epilogue costume (we only see his normal form in that costume).
SON GOKU (SUPER SAIYAN): Yardrat costume.
SON GOKU (SUPER SAIYAN BLUE): DBS Whis costume (from Resurrection 'F' and the Champa arc).
SON GOKU (GT): Costume from DB volume 1 / episode 1.
TEN SHIN HAN: Cell arc costume.
TRUNKS: DBS costume (one of the two).
VEGETA (NORMAL): Namek arc costume (with the broken part on the chest from Krilin's blast?).
VEGETA (SUPER SAIYAN): Armorless (from the Boo arc).
VEGETA (SUPER SAIYAN BLUE): DBS Whis costume (from Resurrection 'F' and the Champa arc).
VEGETTO: Regular Super Saiyan.
VIDEL: Already covered.
YAMCHA: Baseball (that's pretty much where he shines) or beginning of DB (we can pair him with Kid Goku).
ZAMASU (FUSED): Regular Zamasu costume? (can't think of anything else)

I like Zamasu being the other skin of Black.
I would like New Broly to have his SS form as his other skin
Fat Boo having Dai Kaioshin sounds awesome
Adult Gohan for me would have the Golden Warrior costume.
I'd like for the Super Saiyan Blues to have their clothes torn, Vegeta could be shirtless and gloveless too. Although he was SSBE, not regular SSB.

Merged Zamasu could have a shirtless costume like in the manga

Nappa could have the version with hair from DB Broly/The Bardock Special
Adult Gohan could have the Great Saiyaman Costume (Dabura fight) or the purple gi (ToP manga)
Super Saiyan Goku could have the ripped shirt, like at the end of the Freeza Fight
Trunks could have the Saiyan Armor with long hair or the Xeno coat
Tenshinhan could have his Buu fight clothes (the blue and gray ones)
Yamcha could have different hairstyles, like the spiky hair on the Cell saga or the Ponytail from the Shen fight
Zamasu could have the shirtless clothes when he starts cloning himself in the manga

The Buu costumes would not work considering that both characters have attacks where they throw parts of themselves around, it would not work for the Dai Kaioshin and Oob to have those animations. Unless it's somehow implied that Buu is copying their looks somehow.

Oh yeah, the Mr. Satan Gym costume would be awesome.
It would be a nice touch if the costume gets damaged if Beerus get hit by a super or if the head spins around if Beerus takes a huge hit.

I just want Gohan to have a GT Saiyaman costume so he can be at his best form
But besides that i'm just fine with shirtless versions of every character, like ssj Goku with namek's battle damage.

Yes, very nice ideas in your posts, guys! Taking things from the manga would indeed give more possibilities, such as the shirtless Fused Zamasu!

Too bad for both Boos, it's true that I completely forgot that they can detach parts of their bodies, which makes it difficult for them to be any other character (it's an ability pretty specific to them)!

DBS Slim Boo would be a possibility if there wasn't the big problem of a completely different hitbox that would deeply alter his gameplay! It's too much of a difference!

SSJ2 Gohan - With the cape. Kind of a hard one honestly, couldn't think of many choices.

Piccolo - Cape and turban. Kind of related but has a version of piccolo with no cape but with the turban ever been playable in a DB game ?
Kuririn - Undershirt and boots. You could also go with the saiyan armor outfit if this isn't different enough.

Yamcha - Early DB outfit.

Nappa - Blown off armor.
Base Vegeta - Freeza arc armor. I guess if this one isn't different enough, you could go with his late freeza armor but that one is so ugly lol.
