Why Fusion Is Useless In Tenkaichi 3

I think I have to make it known now that the result of the fusion isn't useless. You end up with an even stronger version of an already powerful character. It's meeting the requirements for fusion that makes it a useless technique. Two specific characters which mean two character slots that can be used for better characters and Maximum Blast Stocks which depending on the fusion can be 3 or 4. Reaching max best stocks is only going to happen if your opponent is completely garbage or you're too good. But the fact is that both characters need to be alive as well. End Goku(base form), End Vegeta(base form), Base Goten, and Base Kid Trunks are all low tier characters with terrible tools. Since you can’t fuse using their Saiyan transformation you’re forced to play bad characters.

Besides the requirements being too much it's the survival aspect that makes it a pointless technique. Unless you're looking to get a max power Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta because the characters needed to fuse for the others are way too weak to survive as long as they need to be. Super Saiyan 4 Goku and Vegeta are already great characters that have a higher chance of actually pulling it off. Which just brings up another point.

Who the heck is going to let you do it? Fusion just isn't a practical Technique when playing in a match and I personally believe if you're going to do it just go for Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta since the characters needed to get him are good on their own. You can also do what most people do is just play as the fusions since they're already pretty powerful characters on their own.

Why is base Vegetto above his SS version?

Base form has better melee attacks and damage output. His finger beam super is a lot better since it shoots multi beams and can be a lot easier to implement with combos. Also, even if you dodge or blocked you are still taking chip damage or getting hit due to the range it covers.SSJ has a rush super that can be easily countered with an explosive wave, vanish, blocked with no chip damage, and punched out of.
