That's an unreleased Faulconer Productions track called, ""Vegeta Kills 19". you can thank Scott Morgan for that badass arrangement.

The only time I can remember off the top of my head is when Vegeta attacks Gohan Buu.

It's unreleased and doesn't really have a name. There are rips out there of the whole sequence after the eyecatcher from that episode, and those contain this Buu theme arrangement. The track is known by several names, including Final Atonement, Vegeta's Atonement, Vegeta's Sacrifice, and others.

Does this piece have a title? It was only used, to my recollection, a grand total of three times in the entire series.
