Does anyone know the name of this track?

I'm looking for the name of the song played between 2:47 and 3:10 on this video of episode 142. It also plays in a few other episodes in the Cell Saga. I was also wondering if it's even been released or if it's another piece that never saw the light of day. Any help would be appreciated.
